The gentleman was very rude and unconcerned with bonding with my dog. Told me he could put my dog in a crate all day or I needed to sign a waiver incase she bit or was but and "money was involved" because I would be responsible. I know waivers need to be signed but there is a way to present things in nicer ways instead of being a jerk! They don't care about you dog here! Save your babies the stress and discomfort and go elsewhere. The website and looks are very deceiving. He wouldn't even let me introduce my pup to the others! That's what a responsible dog owner SHOULD do, not just pass her off to a complete stranger who didn't even say hello to her!

Looks may be deceiving! The daycare is convient maybe but what you think is happening isnt always the case. Medicine for dogs gets thrown away along with extra food and treats. If dogs play to "rough" they are put up for the entire day. Owner and manager is hardly there and take no responsibility for anything that goes on pending ir all on the people below them. Its all an act dogs leave there bit all the time because they allow aggressives to return. If you really love tour dog take the extra trip to somewhere else.

This place is great!! I was very skeptical about leaving my 6 year old dog here because I don't board her often. I wasn't sure how she would do with all the other dogs, even tho she loves one on one play dates. She did great!! I was able to call and look on the web cameras anytime I wanted!! The manager Nate made me feel completely okay with leaving her there. She takes medicine and sometimes won't eat it with her food.... I told him they may have to put some peanut butter on it so she'll take it - he said that wouldn't be a problem. She was so tired on Sunday from playing all day Friday & Saturday. I searched for a few months between Raleigh & Wilmington for a boarding place and this one won the race... I am so glad I picked this one & I will defiantly use this again if I have to board and I am even remotely close to this area.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great doggy day care! I left my 6 month old lab here for the weekend and the owner, Brian, made me feel comfortable with Jax here for the weekend. He gave me a tour of the place and it has great doggy suites and awsome play yards, indoors and outdoors. When I picked Jax up he was happy and tired from all his play time which was nice after being gone all weekend. I even got a cute "Ruff Report" on jaxs stay there. 5 Stars! so happy to have found a great place for my dog to stay when i need to go out of town.

Awesome place! So glad to have it in Brunswick County. Suites are amazing, no cages here. Indoor dog park is great also.
