My wife had a very expensive (250.00) jacket dry-cleaned at this facility. At least it was supposed to be "dry cleaned". When picked up, there were numerous place on the jacket where a darker piping had bled thru to the lighter fabric. It was obvious the jacket had been wet vs dry cleaned. When confronted with the damage the owner not only said the jacket had been cleaned per directions, obviously not true, but also refused to reimburse my wife for the cost of the jacket.
this was a very obvious mistake by the cleaner. If you have nice things avoid this business like the plague.

What an awful place!!! 2 months later and they STILL haven't found my dry cleaning. If you like your clothes DO NOT take them here!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was possible
