Just had some rot work fixed on my 2001 Ford F150. I had been given a better (complete) quote from Maaco in West Springfield but elected to pay more for less at a local body shop, Entwistles. When they did their "free" safety check, they discovered another $800 dollars of mechanical work that should be done. My mistake again was to have them do it. After $4500, I don't have much to show, but empty pockets. My advice, don't be charmed by the owner, walk out and get a second opinion. Forgot to mention, they didn't even clean up the body work dust in the interior, or was the dirt off the exterior of the truck. Don't think I'll go back there again. My expensive mistake.

I just picked up my car after having been involved in a collision with a concrete column. Needless to say there was extensive damage. However, the mechanics at Entwhistle's are a very talented bunch of people and the car looks at new as the day I bought it. The service was excellent and they are very customer oriented. The generic good reviews here are very vague. Perhaps they are getting friends and family to post and bring up their online ratings. The bad reviews are detailed with pricing and other specifics. If you need a repair, value your vehicle, and your personal belongings within it, you can do better just about anywhere else. Get your grandmother a Chilton manual and a wrench; it won't be any worse than what you will overpay for here.

The people are very professional and friendly. There work is thorough and above and beyond, i would recommend anyone to come here!!! Thanks

Not good, Charged me $246 for a diagnostic report after the Quoted me $1,500 for a new ECM module and ignition coil (I called my mechanic and they quoted me $800 for the job) then I got the van back and my Ipod was missing. Classy guys.

I have brought my car here many times and every time i was treated with respect and the mechanic was very good at his job. after the job was done they put the car on the lift for me and physically showed me what they fixed, i was very impressed with their work.
