Professional and all around great customer service. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely would refer everyone I know to to business with them. Words can’t explain how much I appreciate their mannerisms and great communication. 10 stars!!!!

In June of 2017 I purchased a suppressor from First Pawn off of Gunbroker. I was told there would be an 8 to 12 month turnaround. Evidently there were issues with the person filing these and that person is no longer there.

it has been 18 months now and 7 other gun purchases, not to mention this is NOT my first NFA item and I am ready to throw in the towel. I called Steve to unprocess the order and he refused. I informed him that I was trying to avoid going back to my credit card company and disputing the transaction, as that would result in fees assessed to the business and that fell on deaf ears.

This is a terrible way to do business!

Update, unfortunately I was never able to resolve this issue with First Pawn, so....FIRST PAWN Jewelry & Loan the charges were reversed and a letter has been issued to the ATF to unprocess the application.

Update! After unprocessing my application with the ATF, First Pawn refuses to refund my $500.73. Do NOT do business with these people they are absolute thiefs!
