When I needed ac work for my rental property, not many AC companies want to do business with me.....I guess because of payment and being out of state. The Farah Boys took a chance on me and made me happy. They take credit cards over the phone. Their prices are much cheaper then what I pay in California. I always joke with Rich, asking him to open a California Branch. I use FBI AIR exclusively.

Great company, great people, great prices, and they show up when I want them to show up. They did not try to take advantage of me like the last company that I dealt with for the last 4 years because I am a single mom.

Superior company! Rich Farah is a true professional. F B I Air handles all our a/c needs not only in our home but in our 14 rental properties. All calls are returned in a timely manner and depending on the time of the call, service is usually completed that day. Not only are the service calls handled professionally, Rich's product knowledge is excellent and all new installs are efficient to the property involved. All work is guaranteed. I would like to thank FBI air for the great customer service they provided to my family. We had the inconvienence of having our ac go down in early evening, we contacted FBI air,around 6:00 pm. By 9:00pm we had our air condition working. I would recommend these guy's to anyone. They saved us from an uncomfortable night of sleeping.

January 12, 2012, I was calling around looking for someone to install a new a/c. I heard of FBI Air from a friend and thought a second bid is a good idea. Richard, one of the owners, came out and looked through everything. I told him that I was in the market for a new A/C and I didn't know nothing about A/C systems. I relized then I might of said to much already. So he did his thing and came back to me and said my unit still has a warranty. I said,"WHAT," my other company who I had for 18 years told me that my system only had a 5 year part warranty. He told me he checked with the manufacture and they told him 10 years. He went on and said there are a lot of companies out there that will sell a system rather then help a person out because there slow or money hungry.. I relized then that I found someone who has my happiness in mind rather my wallet. Feels good knowing that FBI Air is a company that is fair and honest.
