This is by far the worst insurance agent to deal with. The complete business is a fraud. My husband and we’re closing on s home in April and needed home owerners insurance. We contacted Creative Insurance because the prices they offered were great. That was probably the clue that is was going to be a fraud. Anyway the policy we paid for and the policy we received at closing stated completely different from Creative’s so called Application for Insurance. It is a complete contradictory. So now that we have been hit by Irma and trying to get the insurance company to pay for the damages outlined in their policy we are completely screwed. We tried to reasonably confront the agency and the agents who signed the application with us was unprofessional and basically laughed in my husband’s face and said they are going to do nothing. We contacted the actual insurance company that the agent represent and was told by them that it is unfortunate and we should file a complaint with the state. They were completely disgusted and disappointed that an agent that they do business with is being fraudulent. We have filed a complaint with the National Insurance Agency Bureau and the Better Business Bureau. Beware of this insurance agency and don’t do business with them. BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUDS.
