I don't know where to begin. When you spend nearly $18,000 with a company you expect them to do quality work, to be responsive, to communicate, to properly size the equipment, to clean up after themselves, to be professional when issues arise, to not be snarky when you ask them fix something, and to not print their name/phone number on your thermostats where you have to see it everyday (Which I simply asked them to replace with non-imprinted versions and they refused. I never agreed to have them emboss equipment I paid for.). Despite the amount of money we spent, Air Express was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Communication was nearly non-existent which made it very difficult to make decisions and to understand what was being done. They put our main floor AC unit as "optional" on the estimate, so we didn't purchase it and then, when the AC will not cool our home, blamed us for undersizing the unit and said it was required. Very bad experience and they refuse to fix the problem, preferring to blame us. And, after over 3 months of calling to get answers they reprimanded us for being frustrated. Because they improperly sized the AC unit for our home, and listed the second unit as "optional", we now have to spend another $3300 to get another unit after the loan on our home has closed. In addition, their welds of the copper pipe failed and they cut 9 holes in our brand new walls (fully painted) and another in the stucco to try and fix. They also impacted the insulation we paid extra for. In the end they couldn't fix it and ran another line through the unfinished basement. Walls were patched but not the same as the new walls - I can tell where the patches are. In short, our experience certainly was not the same as others who have given them stellar reviews here. Because this was a new home build Air Express won't speak with me and will only speak through my contractor.

They did a great job on running the pipes in my basement and setting up my heating and air, they had the best price and would recommend them to anyone

So I would never use Air Express ever again. The person who answers the calls and schedules everything is wonderful and she was delightful to deal with. We had them come out to disconnect our A/C unit so we could pour a concrete pad and then have them come back later to reinstall it. The disconnection went very smoothly. I was very happy at that point. After the concrete was done, we called them to come out and they scheduled us fairly quickly. That thursday came and went and no one called or showed up. We were left hanging. I called again and the lady apologized up and down and they rescheduled for the next day, Friday. Again, no call, no show. I called towards the end of the day and again dealt with a delightful lady who put everyone into action and had the tech come out that evening. He shows up, is obviously ticked off, and starts working. Later, he knocks on the door and says that he can't finish the job because his torch is out of acetylene and that he can't get any until Monday. He'll be back Monday. You have got to be kidding me. He showed up today and installed it, left a bill and took off. The price was discounted a bit but honestly, I have no plans of using this company again. I would have been fine with delays happening if the guy called and said he couldn't make it out. Some form of communication that didn't require me to followup every time and track him down. This was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior for any business. I think it made it worse that we had people at our house that weekend and honestly it got quite uncomfortably warm in our home and we had no really way to cool it down since we didn't get a breeze from opening windows.Again, the reception is wonderful and deserves a raise, but this tech ruined our experience with Air Express.

AC died. Ordered from Air Express to keep it local. It was an unexpected pleasure.They had the part shipped in within hours and made sure it was right.I'll definitely use them again.Thanks

Our water heater turned off and when Air Express was informed they looked for someone to come out that day. Randy was in the area and he came over in such a timely manner. He was so good to show me how to light it myself and things to look for and be careful of. He was done really quickly and very personable. I am very pleased with my experience with Randy as well as Denise. She is the one at the office that I talked to about getting someone out here to fix my water heater.She was very friendly and got things taken care of really quickly. She also gave me a follow up call to make sure he had been there and to make sure things were fixed. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure the job had been done and that we were happy. Thanks Denise and Randy!

Basically they came to our office to look at our air conditioner. The guy said he'd be back the next day, but never came back. I waited and waited and waited and waited, the guy never came back.Then they sent us an invoice saying that he did some work, which he never did. Eventually after sending several false invoice, they finally found someone who received the invoice, so she paid it.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE unless you want to be taken advantage of.

It was bitter cold outside and wouldn't you know it our heater died during the night. Air Expressed had helped us with a water heater problem in the past, so I gave them a call. Denise was wonderful. She treats you like family. Max came out that afternoon. He had to run clear to Orem (20 miles) and get a part and called to make sure the store stayed open until he could get there. Drove back and fixed it into the early evening. It is so nice to find people who know what they are doing,care about your costs and treat you with understanding and respect. I will only go to them for heating, ac and water heaters now. Wonderful people. Thank you Air Express!Bruce McEwen

Above and beyond on everything they installed. Everything to code. We had two energy efficient furnaces, an a/c and water heater installed. Ask for Levi! He is amazing!

We contacted Air Express Heating to come turn on our gas (we live in Eagle Mountain and they require this for each home) - they were so wonderful. I called in the morning desperate for hot water and they had a booked day. They came to our home after hours and not only completed the request we had but green stickered our furnace and looked at a leak in our Air Conditioning unit. They were so nice to work with and so kind! Their pricing is more than fair and their service is even better! They even called us the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Wonderful staff and great service!

We needed ductwork done in our home and after shopping around they had the lowest price bid and stuck to it. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly from the technicians that came out to the receptionist in the office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job and we will be calling them again in the future.

We had a surge of friends and family visit us all at the same time. We were expecting 17-21 people in our home for about a month. Not all the same people. It was a revolving door shuffle. About a week prior to that happening, both water heaters went down for the count. Denise and Max were amazing. They stepped forward and jumped in to make it happen. I got two bids prior to them and they saved us hundreds of dollars and did an incredible job. I would call them again in a heartbeat.Bruce McEwen

My central air stopped working recently. I called up to have someone come out and fix it. Denise went over a few things on the phone with me and was able to fix my problem. Love the fact that they took the time to try and pinpoint the problem over the phone instead of just sending someone out! Thank you so much!!

Max at Air Express is great. He comes on time and does a great job. His rates are excellent and I trust him in my house without being there. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you parts you don't need. I would recommend Air Express to anyone needing HVAC service.

This company is right on! Quick arriving, Efficient, honest and so pleased that I really didnt need parts changed out like another co. said. Just a Repair! WE were not without heat! I LOVE SAVING MONEY$$$$$$$$$$Worry Less with Air Express!!! I AGREE!

I needed another opinion! A co. after going out for scall quoted me over $600. to change out a part that they said was bad and left my furn apart. CALLED Air Express Heating and Air Conditioning in Lehi Denise was so kind. She got a quote for the same part as the other co. installed and they were $300 less. Besides that, she said that they would be glad to go out and see if that is the problem. Lawrence went out. Found that we just needed a repair and the bill was just a little scall fee and labor that totaled $109. I COULDN"T BELIEVE IT! I wouldn't use anyone else!!

Air express is amazing! I am so happy with all of the work they did, not only did they replace my furnace they also replaced my ducts! I would recommend them to any and everyone. Randy and Will spent two days installing and it looks great! I thought that their pricing was great especially since we had so much done. We will be having the rest of our A/C installed in a few months and am so excited to work with them again!!! Honestly I am so happy with them and their work!

I used Air express as they were recommended by a friend. I needed a service call to see what was up with my furnace as it was blowing cold air. I was quoted $69 for the service. They came out and cleaned the flame sensor and said I needed a new inducer, which was fine as it was making a weird noise. They invoiced me for the initial service fee, however, they tried to charge me $89 for it and not the $69 saying they made a mistake when they initially quoted me. I refused to pay the extra $20 as this wasn't what we agreed upon and they reduced the fee back to the $69. I was hesitant to move forward with the part replacement but decided to proceed. They replaced the part and they charged $550 for this service, which is what I was generally being quoted from other places. A few weeks go by and the furnace is blowing cold air again. I decided to call out a different company as I hadn't been to thrilled with this company. They actually spent some time to diagnose the issue properly and discovered that the burners were miss firing and the furnace would shut off as a safety measure. So I actually needed new burners too. On top of this the heat exchange was cracked making the furnace unsafe to use (the furnace is 20 years old). Had I known about any of these issues on top the the inducer I would have just replaced the furnace instead of wasting money on the first repair.I emailed them telling them basically what I wrote here and they didn't have the decency to email back. I would never use this company again. Save yourself any hassle and go with a company that will actually do a good job!

We moved into our new home and called many air companies to fix our air problems. Finally I called air express and Lawrence found the problem with our air units and fixed it without a problem. I found Lawrence to be very helpful and Knowledgeable. Great company...give them a call!
