Provided by YP.comIf I could do 0 stars I would! She had the most horrible attitude from the very beginning, then 5 hours later hadnt even started grooming my dog. When I told her I was going to go ahead & bring him somewhere else she REFUSED to give my dog to me! She complained of him being to "noisey" which he is a awesome, sweet dog. I will never go back.
This review comes from someone who does not have a clue to how her dog behave away from home. He was nearly finished when she arrived and waited on him for me to finish. She is the one who caused undo stress on her pet by not waiting for me to call when he was ready. I also had an issue with my help not being there that day, which took me longer. I have regular weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly customers. These are the people who feed me and pay my bills. Someone coming in for the first time and demanding is not a customer I would ever take back. She also told her friend, whom I groom her pets, that the work was great. She just wasn't happy I didn't kiss her backside, nor will I ever with the kind of attitude she had!
