We used Michael's Limo service for a birthday in April 2013. We booked a stretch Lincoln, but they gave us the larger Navigator stretch at no extra cost. The driver called ahead before arrival to confirm everything, then arrived on time. The Limo was nice and clean. The driver was very attentive and courteous. We booked only a 1 way drop off and Michael's accomodated. Highly recommend, would definately use again
