I have been using Dak for about 3 years. I like how clean and secure the facility is. Dak is very easy to deal with and make payments. I will continue to rent from them.

I used DAK about 8 Years ago and had an awesome experience. I just recently had to get a storage again and I immediately decided to go back to DAK. The owner is extremely pleasant to deal with and gets back to you in a timely manner. He is willing to help you in any way he can. I live in Exeter Township and it's a little hike to get to but well worth it. Definitely recommend!!!!!

This place is the best storage facility I have used, and I have used a few over the years. The place is at least 20 miles out of my way, but it is worth it! The rent is the cheapest anywhere in the area and the owner, Joe, is the most pleasant person to deal with. If I need anything he is quick to respond. I highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a unit.

It's a very professional operation, they use a good security system, and the grounds are kept clean. Billing is easy, and timely. I highly recommend DAK.

I have used other storage facilities in the past but after hearing about DAK and checking out the facility I decided to rent there. The units are clean, there is a decent paved road throughout the facility, there is a fence around all the storage units and there are security cameras. The rent charged for the units is reasonable and even lower than other storage facilities. I have been renting a unit at DAK for several months now and I have complete satisfaction. I recomend this location to anyone that is looking for the best storage location in the area.

Ever since we started our company DAK self storage has been by our side! From upgrading us to larger units as we grew to even matching us up with other clients for storage clean outs! You have always been by our side as will be with you!

The owner is very nice, and calls are forwarded to his cell so you get him right away or he calls you back quickly. That helped us greatly as a business to get everything set up. (Moving 700+ file cartons from a storage firm to managing our own files) Neat clean units, and chatted with the owner about his security system which is great.

Unprofessional. Charged me for everything he could think of because I was moving out. I rented there because he told me how bad another place was. I should have seen it coming.

This facility is very clean and quite secure and the Manager/Owner is very helpful, friendly and accommadting. I feel our items are safe here. UNIT L27

Dak gave me a clean storage bin at a great price, very friendly service and they even met me after hours to do my paperwork. NH

My wife called all the locations in the area to find the best price. My concern was about the safety and security of the valuable belongings we were going to store. DAK Self Storage had both price and service which others couldn't match. We started with 1 unit and now have 2 units. The owner is straightforward and upfront with the terms of the contract. Every time we are at the location it is clean and well lit at night.‎

My wife and I were more than satisfied with the service DAK provided for us. The owners were always accessible, pleasant and eager to serve. The units are clean, the facility is well maintained, adequately secure and well lit at night. The facility was easily accessible from RT61. The rates were the best in the area. The owners are fair and trustworthy and operate a respectable business. I have recommended DAK to some friends who now also lease there.‎

Great facility, up front and honest

If U use a rake to sweep it will be deducted from SD. I used a Broom and got full refund

After they got the payment for the full last month (July)... since I closed out the account June 30...

...even with a 15 day notice you still pay for the entire month!



...and when I got my "so-called" deposit back



...they charged me an extra $10 "broom sweep" fee

...and it was spotless.
