- Cooking up quality delicious BBQ for Northern Virginia. The Squirrl Pit is a mobile food unit based in Leesburg, VA. Let us help plan and cook for your next event. We can provide either catering or concessions based on your needs. We specialize in slow smoked, hand pulled pork and smoked beef brisket. To go along with that we have authentic Eastern North Carolina Style vinegar based sauces as well as a couple tomato based sauces. Sides available are German potato salad, coleslaw and some of the most amazing baked beans you can get.

- We are mobile so we can either deliver bulk orders to you or we can bring the whole rig and set up at your event. We offer both vending services and catering. Vending would consist of us setting up and selling to individuals as opposed to catering where you pay us to prepare a certain amount of food.
