The Ida Lee Park Recreation Center operates under the government of the town of Leesburg, Pa., which also maintains capital projects, library, planning and zoning, public safety, public works, purchasing, and trash and recycling departments. The Ida Lee Park Recreation Center also operates an approximately 6,600-square-foot fitness facility that features several treadmills, elliptical machines, resistance training equipment, step mills, and recumbent and stationary bikes.
