Provided by YP.comI chose to use this company for the 2nd time before moving out of state due to a previous good experience. When I moved out they did not note it on their documents, charged me the full next month's payment, and did not refund my money. I have contacted Joanie on several occasions and was told she'd "look into it" and it has now been a year and still no refund.
