We've had work done there in the past, and were reasonably satisfied.

Now however, it appears things have changed. We had a written quote to get patches sewn on vests. The price was high, but not unreasonable.



However, when I went to pick up the vests, I got a sob story about how difficult these were, and she added an extra $20 to each. She refused to give me my vests back until I paid her, since the patches were already installed. As a grand total, I ended up paying $80 to have six patches sewn on!!!



When I became upset about this, and informed her I would never come back, she became very angry and rude and return.



Like the title says…

I will never set foot in her business again!
