I think the store is very nice, clean and most of the associates are helpful. However the management in there is horrible! Particularly the woman named Colleen. She is just plain miserable and nasty and RUDE! I refuse to even go in the store if she is working. I've actually called to see if she was working and if she was, I went to another autopart store. I've been told my management that they didn't have a part but another associate took the time to find something else that would work. Management needs an overhaul and lessons in customer service and manners!
