Every time that I've been in this store everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Holding They said 7 Minutes. 25 mins later still holding. No answer .
Then Left message. They called in 15 mins. because we said how there phone system sucked.Took 5 Seconds to answer us.
And had 3 numbers done same thing. No Number direct to store like message said. It wants you to leave message .
Over One Question.
But was nice beginning message left info on Time and Days open. But should have option to speak to someone instead of leaving message and they call whenever.
Just need to change something with you system. If you know what I mean.
Suppose to be fast delivery service. So customer needs quit answers to get there things off quicker. Deadlines on some things.

After winning an auction on eBay, we needed a large item picked up and shipped. This store was of great service. They picked the item up, packaged and shipped to us, all in a matter of a few days; and at an extremely reasonable rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better service.
