Its not the best but its definitely not the worst. Their prices for food and drink are outrageous as usual

Dirty, it stinks..bad customer service. There's a reason everyone who lives in lebanon still drives to mt. juliet to see a movie.

Disappointed, common sense tells me to read the part that says "first come, first served" and to be there early. The doors open at 9:15 a.m. I'm assuming since you have access to the Internet to write a nasty review, you'd have access to The Roxy's website, too.



And common sense also tells me there is no way they can "accommodate ALL the children." All of what children? Every child in Lebanon and every child within a 15 mile radius of the theatre? Two screens are ample in my opinion.



Also, it was a FREE movie. I'm sorry you could not find a place to sit, but it's not as if you were out the cost of admission if you had to leave. The sense of entitlement with people truly is remarkable. Why didn't you ask people to make room? I've done that myself in the past.



Instead of chalking your experience up to a lesson learned, you are stomping off mad. The Roxy is a great establishment with fantastic people working there and managing the facility. Your loss, really.

drove 15 miles to take my grand daughter to the wednesday childrens movie. when i got ther e i was told there were no more seats. the manager didnt even get up to help us look in the dark theater and told me i should get there an hour early. how disapppointed were my children. how dare you roxy theater to offer a free movie and not try to accomodate all the children. common sense says you probably need more than two rooms open. i will not return to the theater any more. i will drive to mt. juliet from now on who offers the summer movies two days a week. now my kids wont be disappointed any more.
