Good people see same dr 90%of time always trying to see if anything they could be doing better for each patients needs . Not just pushing em thru pill line they want to help you get better .

Vina the physicians assistant is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is my 5th or 6th appointment with her. I was first seeing Trudy which she had no bedside manor at all and was mean, then I transferred to the Nashville office and saw Jay who was wonderful then Jay passed away and I started seeing Vina and at first I was nervous but after we both got to know each other I think I am pretty happy. She knows more then just pain management because when I had another medical problem she was able to explain it to me and expressed how important it was for me to get into my primary care. Thank you Vina

I would recommend Pain and Spine to anybody who is in pain and need a friendly and professional place to go this is the place. The receptionist Miss Sheila is the most kind person you could ever meet. The staff and doctors listen to your issues and questions. Try them out you won't be sorry!!

The empathy and sincere kindness is what I love about this practice. They really listen to me and prescribe the best medications to help my pain issues. The staff is incredibly friendly and respectful. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family if they needed help with pain issues. Top notch.

I have been going to the clinic for two years. All the Doctors and staff are excellent. i will never go anywhere else. They are wonderful i got my friend in to see the doctors, they worked her in as quick as they could. You can't ask for more than thst. Bonnie

They give you confidence that they will not only cure your pain through .medicine but get you where you don't depend on pain med. I can take care of my self and be active again they give your life back ..I drive 2hrs to them there that good thanks for giving me hope pamela

Very pleasent atmosphere. The entire staff are very personable and outgoing. You do not feel as though your a number, the doctors and the staff all treat you with respect and concern for your health. Awesome group of people. Especially Shiela at the front reception desk. She's the best!

Another good experience with the staff. Future plans a bit scary but I'm sure they will be handled properly with no pain to me

The staff at Pain & Spine Consultants at the Lebanon location is wonderful!! They all are very compassionate and caring. They have helped me get through some very difficult times, and I would like to thank each and everyone of them!!!

After nearly 8 years as patient at Pain & Spine Consultants in their Lebanon, TN location, I have, at times, not been the easiest patient to understand, yet I know I always receive wonderful care for my long term chronic pain issues. The staff, especially Dr. Stone, Sheila - Administrative Office Receptionist and Vena - Nurse Practitioner/PA-C are always friendly; show thoughtfulness, patience, kindness and understanding at every visit, As a patient I recognize they care about each and every patient as I have experienced the full scope of their extensive knowledge and expertise in their perspective positions. Living with Chronic pain is the hardest part of life for all who experience as the pain continues 24/7, 365 days a year. In every case, Chronic Pain limits what each individual can do, as in my case, inability to work way before a reasonable retirement age. If what I’ve said hits home with you or someone close to you, I highly recommend you become a patient at any of Pain and Spine Consultants four locations.

I’m on my second round with these folks. Cant say enough good about them. My first round was 3 years ago, before the ‘opioid crisis.’ I was concerned that it might be different when I went back a couple of months ago, but at least for the medication I need, it was not. Sheila. The receptionist, always seems to be in a good mood and treats everyone superbly. The MD and PA’s I’ve dealt with have also been courteous and caring. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Glad to deal with all people I met today. A pleasure. Hoping future dealings will go like today. Could use a cooler waiting area.

The best clinic, hands down! Superb physicians an excellent staff, especially Ms. Brenna Cosminsky, PA and her nurse, Alicia. They are extremely compassionate and understanding ladies. I have known none better. Also, Sheila has the most inviting personality when you enter and check into the office.

They are good Dr. there they listen to you and understand what's wrong with you and try to help you the best way they can. They are awesome.

I cannot say enough how great Dr Stone has diagnosed and treated my condition. So knowledgeable, even before I can get the words out about a problem, he knows what I'm talking about. Sheila is a Gem!! So professional and kind. My only negative comment is the nurse who is only there 1 day a week/as I understood, is so rude, condescending and even treats other nurses rudely in front of patients. She is so unprofessional. Otherwise, I highly recommend this amazing group!!

The staff was really caring and helpfull. I was a news patient and had a problem getting my records (I had to obtain them manually after3 weeks of chasing them down!) And I only had 2 years worth, and they still treated me and seen me as I was in HORRIBLE PAIN with my foot "spur" and could hardly walk and was in danger of losing my job over it. They "VERY QUICKLY" got me scheduled for X-Ray/MRI, within a few days so they can begin my treatment after it gets diagnosed for in house injections or surgery. They also told me they could get my "point-trigger" knee injections in house so I don't have to be reffured to some place else. Great Place if you have serious pain and want things to "HAPPEN QUICKLY" and had me in and out in 80 minutes on my first time intake visit. Thanks guys for showing you cared like you did!!!😝😝

I would absolutely recommend Pain & Spine Consultants of Lebanon to my family, friends and anyone suffering with post surgical or chronic pain. In a time when so many other medical offices treat patients like cattle with no personal care or attention, it was such a welcome relief to be treated with the kindness, respect and skill that I received from everyone at this practice. I am being treated by Brenna Cosminsky and highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to really listen to my concerns and answers all my questions. I have recently undergone an extensive lumbar spine surgery and the slow healing process has been a bit discouraging but Brenna reassures me that it's not uncommon and will be getting better soon. In the meantime, she does everything possible to make the process less painful and stressful offering a multitude of options to reduce pain and encourage healing. Unless you've gone through two spine surgeries in one year, it's difficult to explain how much it means to be treated with such care as this staff has shown me. From the front desk & med techs to the providers, they all greet you with a genuine smile, kind words and skill, it's very evident they truly care for their patients!

Everything is great from the receponist all the way to Brenna! The waiting room is clean, there was hardly a wait and everyone is smiling. Thank you all!
