Dr. Long and his staff are awesome! They always take the best care of me and my family. My daughter had a bad phobia of going to the dentist. They treated her with such understanding and care, she is not even afraid to have her teeth cleaned!

And yes, that is a big deal to this Mom!!!

This dental office is outstanding. They really took the time to explain to me what I needed and why. They did not rush me in and out. They answered all of my questions. Dr Long is very gentle and he put me at ease. I highly recommend this dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Long for 5yrs and would definitely recommend him to all my family & friends. Before going to Dr. Long I would always get very nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Long & his staff changed that! He is very understanding and takes his time with patients that are nervous. Now it doesnt bother me at all to go to the dentist.

I love the office of Dr. Troy Long! I would highly recommend my family and friends to him without hesitation. Dr. Long is very caring, trustworthy and does great dental work (gently). The ladies upfront did an awesome job at checking into my insurance benefits and explained it all at a level I could understand. Everyone there makes you feel so important. The ladies that you see for a cleaning make it such a fun experience that you for that you are even at a dental office. His assistants also treated me very well...I will continue to see Dr. Long and take my family there as well. P.s. Their new office is beautiful and very clean. *Very satisified customer*

I went to Dr Long he pulled my tooth it was infected his assistant said oh. He had her to bring me some more papers to sign about Gum Disease. He pulled mt tooth in 2008 did not file my insurance until February of 2011. I was suppose to get a bridge. I made payments on it. I didn't go back for a while then He and I had went back and forth about my money he didn't want to return my money so I finally agreed to let him finish the work. I made an appointment for the first of February 2011. I took off from work went they said they hadn't heard anything from my insurance. So I made the appointment for February the 29th which gave them 3 weeks. The day before I was suppose to go that evening they called me said they hadn't heard from my insurance I called my insurance company they had not even filed it at all! I finally got my
Money back he wanted me to sign a paper before he would give me the check releasing him from any responsibility I said no then they said just sign saying I received the check. I made an appointment with another Dentist called Dr. Longs office asking for my dental records. Courtney said she would get them ready for me. As I knew she would she called back said it was going to take her a while to find them she didn't want me to have to wait I said I don't mind. She called back as I knew she would said the records were off the premises they could not get them. She would see if someone would get them Friday. It was after 4:00 they close at 5:00 I called back ask her if I came could someone go to get them when they closed and I could have them Monday she said Dr. Long would have to get them I said fine she said he has Patients and you are not going to get them until Monday. This is everytime I have dealt with them it has to go to the level where it should never go. They are not professional in any form. I can't trust them to file insurance or anything. Dr. Long went as far to tell me they did me a favor for filing the claim from 2008 in 2011???? I told him he did hisself a favor I do not work for his offic that is what they are suppose to do but on a timely matter. MY AFVISE TO AMYONE IS TO STEER CLEAR OF DR. LONG AND HIS OFFICE STAFF!!!!

I went to this guy for several years and had satisfactory results. On my check-up, Dr. Long advised me of two crowns needing replacement. A total of $1600 to my insurance and would cost me 50%. After leaving I thought about it and never set up an appt. I went to another denist and low and behold no cavities or problems with existing crowns. X-rays proved that!! Now I am wondering about procedures I had previously had done. Can't prove I did not need the work or not as after he did work there is no evidence. I was talking with friend and they had the same experience. Beware, of any suggested work from Dr Long.

Excellent Dentist and Staff, it's more like going to catch up with friends rather than just being a patient in the office. Everyone is caring and friendly, and I personally couldn't ask for more!!! Not to mention my smile is BEAUTIFUL now after my cosmetic procedures :) I find myself smiling all the time!!!! Thank you Dr. Long!
