I had a meeting today with Jake and Chris regarding the different types of accounts and services they offer. Both were knowledgeable and super professional and I would recommend both of them wholeheartedly. People behind the counter spoke to me when I came in and when I left and everyone was very friendly and professional. I recommend them completely!!

I don't understand how this bank can even really call themselves a bank . To me a bank deals with the people of the community in whatever financial related issue they have. It may be something as simple as a young child needing to run in and cash in their rolled change that they have saved. I stopped by the Smithville office of liberty state bank just because it was on my way to let my child run in and cash his rolled change in and I could absolutely not believe it when he came back out and said the teller would not cash it in because he didn't have an account there. That has to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard that a BANK does not cash in rolled change for a child because they don't have an account. Does this bank not realize that these young people are going to grow up and have to use a bank at some point and with service like that im sure it wont be them. I took him later to another bank that wasn't our regular bank just to see if they would cash this change in for him and they did cash it in and even smiled and said thank you. I know this is really a small thing to be complaining about but I just cant believe that a BANK doesnt do BANKING , that just seems so much like people don't actually want to do any more work than they have to so they come up with any excuse they can to get out of it.
