1st mistake: calling them; 2nd Mistake not getting the price up front; 3rd mistake once they arrived not getting it in writing; 4th mistake paying them more than twice what I had previously paid; 5th mistake paying on the spot...a total of $475.00 to supposedly emptying my tank in about 10 mins. I made the mistake of going back inside the house to get something; 6th mistake believing that Ronnie Greer would send me an itemized bill by email when I called him as soon as his son left; 7th mistake for thinking if I ask him a few times he would apologize and send it immediately; Hopefully they actually emptied the tank...I don't trust Ronnie Greer to do anything he says...I wish I had known about this site prior to using Greer Septic...I would never had used him at all! I did get some packages that supposedly will help make my system better, however, I am skeptical to say the least...

Some of the most rude unprofessional people I have EVER worked with!!After paying $2100,was told two weeks later( AND I QUOTE)"To not call back with questions,what else do I need to know?"

I can not speak to the quality of workmanship due to the fact that they made an appointment to give us an estimate for work and scheduled a day and then never showed or called. I would never do business with someone that can not even keep an appointment.
