Be wary of buying from this st...

Be wary of buying from this store. I purchased a "new" pair of shoes, but when I opened the box, the shoes had not only been worn, but had been worn outside. Actual purchase was made from "shoes.com", but this was the distributor, as listed on the shipping label. Just contacted the distributor to see if they would make things right, but they referred me to contact their "customer service department", which ended up being, you guessed it, "shoes.com". How could they send out a used pair of shoes as "new"??? Someone wasn't doing their job. DO NOT BUY FROM SHOES.COM---their customer service is the WORST I've ever experienced, bar none!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM SHOES.COM OR FAMOUS FOOTWEAR AGAIN!!! PITIFUL customer service!!!
