I have appreciated the friendliness of staff in Lebanon. The wait has not been too long--long enough to eat a donut and have a cup of coffee.



I had three treatments planned. I explained that I would be moving out of state in May right after my second appointment, but would be able to travel back for the third treatment in June to conclude business. They assured me the timing was perfect. However they cancelled my May appointment so Barbara could go on vacation. Now I don't know what to do about my third treatment. I will be passing through TN July 2-4 but apparently she is gone again. No one seems to care about scheduling.

LOVE Dr. Countess & her nurse!! VERY good/thorough exam!! Never had to wait long to be seen! Good positive rapport/respect noted between them- very comforting for patient & family to see!! Good follow-up! Only "complaint" front office waiting area too small/cramped!!!!!
