I bought a 2016 rockwood signature ultralight from Curtis at Dunlap family RV in TN on 11/8/19. I traveled from PA to TN with my brother, Mike Testa, to complete paperwork for the sale. He said they completed an inspection of the rv prior to my arrival. upon my arrival from Pennsylvania, a walkthrough of the rv was done to show me how it works.I was advised nothing was wrong with the rv, other than the TV did not work and a new one was ordered and going to be put in that day. A small gap near the back of the unit was also sealed up. They sealed/caulked up the roof again just for good measure. A full PDI inspection was paid for and completed by Dunlaps service department, nothing was disclosed to us about any problems. After the unit arrived at its new location on Pennsylvania, my family and I moved into the unit about a week later. Today, we noticed a mice problem in our unit, upon inspection of the unit, we noticed the underbelly of the unit was DUCT TAPED up. I contacted Curtis from Dunlap, who advised there was nothing they could do, and we bought it as is. Even though I was told an inspection was done on the unit and we paid for the inspection, and nothing was wrong with it. Curtis advised he did not know why it was there, there was nothing he could do. He said we were offered a warranty, which was not true. No warrant was offered while doing paperwork or talking to anyone. No one would answer the phone from the service department to see if someone could get any answers for me. I advised Curtis, if I had known the underbelly was Duct taped up, I would not have bought the unit, without that being repaired. Curtis just said, " I dont know what to tell you". There is nothing they could do.

My experience with Dunlap RV has been truly amazing. a business that conducts itself in a professional way yet is fully customer service oriented ,from mr. Mike Haley the sales man to mr. Mike in service to mr. Don the manager. they will do what it takes to make your buying an r.v. a pleasant and strees free experience. and that your safety and well-being with your RV is foremost in their mind they went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that not only I was happy with my purchase but that it was roadworthy as well. they are not a get them in the door and then get them out move on to the next customer customer kind of operation .they are determined to make sure you know what you're doing and your safety is Paramount to them. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to them. and we'll go to them first on r next RV buying. thank you very much guys I really appreciate all your help great job Wendy h
