This place is not what I expected! I am not happy at all how they advertise free x-rays to only charge my insurance (that's not free!) I was not happy at all with their staff. They mislead you and give you over the top treatment options and when I wanted 2nd opinion I had the hardest time getting my records. I wont be going back to Aspen Dental!

I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM HALF OF A STAR!!!



On June 21, 2011, my wife went to Aspen Dental in Lebanon, TN for an Abcess in her tooth. After the exam myself and the finance manager were going over the billing for the treatment plan. I was told that I was gonna receive in house financeing for cavaties on her top teeth, a root canal, a crown, and some cleanings. which on my paper totaled $2500.00. On June 22, 2011, We were sent to an endodonist in Mt Juliet, TN for the root canal. Before the root canal was done the receptionist told me that we would have to pay $500 for the procedure. We told the endodonist that we had already paid aspen dental for the root canal. The endodonist called aspen dental and was told that the root canal was not covered by them. We left the endodonist's office without the procedure and went back to Aspen Dental in Lebanon, TN. When i arrive to have my down payment refunded the manager showed me completely different paperwork which totaled to be $2700 ($200 more that what i was told the day before). Furthermore Aspen setup all the billing knowing that my insureance would be out on June 23, 2011 and told me that insurance would still cover it, which would leave me with and extra $900 at then end of the treatment because there wouldnt be any insurance to cover the $900. The endodonist told me that they have many complaints about Aspen dental in Lebanon, TN refering patients to them and saying that procedures have been paid for when they have not been.
