I had my hair cut about 5 times by one of the stylists here, who I was told was good with short styles. Each time, I've arrived home to find that I looked like I had one style on the left and another on the right, it was that uneven. I did return to have it repaired once, and after that, I thought maybe I was being too "picky." My stylist didn't shampoo me the 4th time, nor did she ask if I wanted my hair washed, yet she charged me full price. The bathroom is filthy, with a container of dirty combs on the floor under the sink. I witnessed a stylist drop her brush on the floor and pick it up to resume styling her client's hair with it and another put a trash can on her client's chair and not bother to clean the chair before having her next client sit in it. The language has been anything but professional at times, i. e. profanity flying through the salon. I've had my last cut here and will be looking for a salon that employs stylists who are professional and who can give me the cut and style I'm paying for.

I was new in town and was not sure where to go -- I stopped in to by my Mother-in-law a gift certificate and had wonderful service from Erica and then thought I would give them a try. Well two haircuts later and soon some highlights and I am hooked. Thanks for the welcome and the friendly service.
