I purchased a CX7 from Ladd Hanford Mazda. Purchase went well. I ran into a problem with my turbo while under warranty and they would not honor it. I had to go to another dealership to have it worked on. It's a shame that where I purchased the vehicle would not work with me. They also had to be contacted three times before acknowledging a $100 credit for referring another customer. Ladd Hanford Mazda is great for a sale, but horrible for anything after that. I would highly suggest another dealer if you are looking for a Mazda.
