What a mistake. I was really hoping this would have been an easy, worthwhile process. to the contrary, it was a serious waste of my time, almost 2 hrs to be exact. These employees are rude, unprofessional, and simply incompetent. Maybe it is the luck of the draw with these chains, and granted i know nothing of the tax world, but this establishment is simply pathetic. Although i have generally heard good things about H&R Block in passing, they have single handedly turned me to turbo tax. They wanted to charge me $200.00 BTW; I am a single independent with no dividends or any of that "complicated" BS. Also, they told me i could not receive ANY money back for the house i just purchased last year with my fiancé. So thats my horror story, short, sweet and to the point. Go somewhere else.
