I asked this company to give me a quote on mulching my yard. They came and gave me a quote on mowing it. Then came back a couple of days later and gave me a quote for what I asked for. After I agreed to the quote I was told it would be done within 10 days. Ten days came an went, so I called and was told I'd get a call right back. I called again the next day (Tuesday) and was promised it would be done by Friday. Friday came and went with NO CALL and NO SHOW. Not a professional company and no communication. Wasted three weeks dealing with them when I should have hired a reputable company.

I signed up with Grass Roots a few years back for fertilizing and now the past two years with the top dressing service they offer and have to say I wouldn't choose one of the bigger companies again.



It's a family business. The two times I've had questions, I got a call back in a timely manner. After years of jumping from company to company for my lawn, my grass is probably the greenest and fullest it's been in years.

Parents hired Grassroots to landscape their home. Grassroots did not perform the services my parents paid for and then proceeded to treat them incredibly rudely over the phone. Could not recommend LESS. Avoid at all costs
