First impressions are always important. I feel I made a great decision having Dr. Hoover be my new dentist. The customer service in the office was outstanding. The ladies were welcoming and pointed out where things were such as the bathroom and magazines etc. The Dental hygienist was friendly and professional. Dr. Hoover also welcomed me and explained everything I needed. Very happy with this choice.
