Very unprofessional staff. My haircut appointment was made, rescheduled (because of the stylist), and cancelled (again, because of the stylist) within 24 hours. When they called to cancel the appointment, they first called and hung up when I answered the phone then called back 20 minutes later to say my appointment was cancelled. I wasn't given the option to reschedule with her or anyone else they just said, "Ok, bye" and hung up. I received 6 text messages and 5 emails about my appointment. Very disappointing customer service all around. I would recommend you check out Mane Event and save yourself the frustration of dealing with this unprofessional, unhelpful staff. If they can't even manage to schedule a haircut how can I trust them to cut my hair?!
