Thank you for your review. We strive for customer satisfaction. Our website says that we take pride in doing a great job to keep our customers completely satisfied. It gives four different ways to contact us in hope that an unhappy customer would contact us so that we can make it right. Affordable Yard Care sends written estimates and invoices directly from those estimates unless there are change orders involved. We welcome our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns. I do not have any customers on our files with your name or I would definitely contact you to make sure that you are happy with our work. Please contact me if you would like to discuss. Perhaps you have the wrong AYC. There are at least 3 companies with our name in Oregon. Maybe you have the wrong company. I haven't heard back from you so that is what I will assume.
