On February 23,2018 I visited this KFC store to purchase the $20 fill up and was told it was not available until the following Monday. After seeing this promotion several times on TV, on March 17, for a St Patrick's Day Party I once again attempted to purchase a $20 Fill up. Once again I was told by an obviously new order clerk, that it was not available. The only advertised one for $21.99 and included one less large side. The Manager was called up and rudely she said the $20 special was not available and said it again when I attempted to say that has recently been shown on TV.Hopefully, this store will honor national promotions in the future! In the past I have constantly requested baked beans and/livers and gizzards at the store. The Summer before last they did have pulled chicken and baked beans combo. It was very popular and the manager said it would come back in the Summer. It did not in 2017 and I continue to request it.Thanks for reading my complaint/requests.Ray Richardson

An embarrassment to the KFC company but apparently KFC doesn't care. I have reported them to the corporate office and nothing was changed. I call this place chicken sushi because I have returned partially cooked chicken there.

The food isn't the only issue, their customer service is horrible but if I had to work there I might be the same way.

Ordered am 8 piece and waited for 15 min, them wad tools they had no wings our beats and the wait would be another 15 minutes! I asked for my money back and as I wad pulling out one of the employees have me the middle finger...I will never go there again, how awful!!
