This review is long overdue. Phil Hines put the new roof on my prior house. It was an old farmhouse and Phil and his team removed the metal roof, put down sheathing and shingles. He also put in ridge vents. He did a remarkable job and I have zero complaints. Phil was courteous, prompt and professional. Frankly, as Lincoln knew about Grant, hire from strength, hire people for what they do exceptionally well. Phil Hines does excellent work.

Who ever this person is writing these bad reviews about me and my company are ALL false statements! I have NEVER started a job and not finished it! If this person doesn't delete these comments i will sue you for slander and what ever else i can! If this person is a so called man he will call me 513-836-0081

I contacted Phil Hines of Hines roofing for a new roof, and gutters. I received several bids and he was the most competitive. I did little research on who Phil Hines is and the reputation of his company before hiring him, big mistake.I have contracted with 40 - 50 contractors during my 23 years as a home owner. Phil Hines is a corrupt horrible person and business person. How this person still has a business I am not sure. My experience was he under bid my job to get the business, did not do the work as described, left the job unfinished, and demanded last payment before work was complete. I was so done with him I paid him in full to get him off my property and out of my life and contracted with another roofing company to finish the work.I am devoting the rest of my life to ensure other customers are aware of his reputation I am also working with the Lebanon governement and BBB to ensure he does not work in Lebanon or any surrounding community.

Phil Hines is a corrupt business person. He under bid my project and cost me more then double on damage that he would not take responsibility for. He was also about three months over due on completition of the project. It would probably be ok to use this contractor if he was the last contractor on earth available - even then I would not based on my experience. I have spoken to other customers and they had similar experiences.

Hines Roofing done a great job for us. I called Mr. Hines about a leak that we had from a storm that had hit, he came out right away and fixed the problem. He continued to work with our insurance company and us to get a new roof. The employees of this company were very professional.

Owner is in jail on pending drug charges.
