To the first reviewer, I am happy for you that you had a good experience. My experience was very much the opposite, the last repair was my last visit with this store. I asked him to figure out what the problem was on my sewing machine (thats all !).

Next thing I know I got a call from him (I missed the call that time ), and on my voicemail he stated: it was this and I went ahead and fixed it and tuned the machine up as well. And the bill is $70, I about fell out of my chair, I called him and said why would you do this work. AND tune it up I didn't give you permission to do that.... all I wanted was a diagnosis. The machine cost me a hundred box, and today SM are for sale for 80. When I got there he said well since I didn't call you first I ll take 20 dollars of the bill. And the picture on his website is fake too, everything in this place looks very much used

I will never do buiness with them again

Doug will not give you the runaround he is straight up and will not try to sell you something you do not need,and he is a perfesional that talks to you one on one hard to get this now days.
