You will be greeted with a genuinely warm welcome, listened to and understood, then we'll work together to process your experiences and find healthy solutions to make positive life changes. I'm a no-nonsense, holistic therapist, meaning I prefer to treat the whole person (mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually), but do so in a practical way you'll understand and see working for you quickly.

I have been a therapist in community mental health for the last 7 years and have successfully treated most everyone who entered my office. I specialize in treating anxiety, social phobia, post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, chronic pain, issues with sexual identity, relationships, parenting, career/work, and spirituality.

I offer convenient evening hours for those working first or third shift!
