Do not waste your time with this place. I called for an estimate when filing an insurance claim. I called 3 places. I ended up going with another place. Eric (the owner of the company) called me and instantly placed an order for 2 windshields. (He didn't know whether or not I had a hatchback, or a sedan version of my vehicle). I never confirmed that I would be using his services, I merely asked for an estimate. The fact that he went and ordered both sets of windshields without confirming with me was his first mistake. He then called me during the morning and said "Hey are we doing your car today?" I let him know that I had chosen another company to complete my insurance claim, where he then told me to, and I quote "Thanks a lot, have a nice f**kin day". He then hung up on me. I was astonished at this language coming from a business! After letting MYSELF cool down, I called him back 10 minutes later and told him that I was sorry for the misunderstanding, but I never confirmed that I was having him do the work. I also mentioned that I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way, especially seeing as I was a potential customer. He then proceeded to tell me "Kiss my @$$" and hung up on me again. As he was hanging up, I was in mid-sentence of telling him I would be reporting him to the BBB. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone.
