I was looking for help as I moved furniture from the East coast to the Mid-west. I ran into problems with my set up along the way and happened upon this place. The owner was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgable, kind, and went over and above the call of duty. I highly recommend them for your moving needs!

Nice facility with easy access. They even have U-haul on site, so you can rent a truck if you need one! I would highly recommend!

I needed a storage unit immediately. They met me there after 7:00 at night to get a spot. They went out of their way to help me out, and I really appreciated it. I signed up for auto-pay, and now I don't have to worry about paying my bill online. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I've been renting here for over 2 yrs, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. They even give you a 5 day grace period. Your bill is due @ the end of each month. The location is in a perfect spot.

I wouldn't rent from these guys again!!! At first, everything was fine...



BUT, as time went by, if we ever needed a grace-period in rent we couldn't have one. The moment we were late, Shannon charges a $20.00 late fee!!!! TWENTY DOLLARS FOR BEING LATE 1 DAY!!!! That's crazy! Even more, the moment you are late, they also LOCK YOU OUT of your unit!!!! So, let's review....1 late day = $20.00 late fee & a lock out!



Not to mention, they have poor customer service skills. Not recommended.
