Went into the appliance store to look for a used Washer and Dryer for my daughter. There was a older gentleman sitting behind the desk. Asked about a dryer and he pointed to a set on the floor and said it was 200.00 for the dryer but I could have the matching washer (The Set) for 350.00. A younger gentleman (Mike ?) came out from the back of the store and said he had a drier that he was repairing that would also be for sale. We decided the get the set and went back out to the front. We told mike we would take it. He said it would be 400.00 plus delivery. I said the older gentleman quoted 350.00, Mike said he could not let it go for that. I was kind of in a bind so I offered 400.00 delivered. Mike agreed if we would trade in her old set and pay cash. I agreed.

Mike went behind the desk and wrote up and ticket with our information on it. We setup the delivery for Wednesday 12/01/2020 and payment would be made in cash at time of delivery.

I called Wednesday morning and spoke with Kyle. He was very rude. He asked about the details of the house layout and if they were removing the old set. I said yes. He said that that would be an additional charge. I explained what Mike and myself had agreed on and he said he would not do that. He stated that several people were offering to buy that set. I explained I was already had agreed to pay 50.00 more that what the owner had quoted, and that we had a verbal contract. Kyle stated that they had the right to refuse service to anyone and hung up on me.

This is not an ethical way to conduct business. My Daughter is not without her washing and dryer (Early Christmas Present) and I have to spend my time filing this complaint and trying to find another set.

They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and they stand behind their appliances. They also are very nice.

Excellent customer service. Had a great experience with Schuler and would absolutely recommend them. 30 warranty on used appliances is excellent

I have used them since 1989 and they have always been very fast, efficient, and to the point on the repair. I highly recommend this company to whoever wants appliances repaired. Yay... my stove is working again... Now for some homemade bread.
