Clearwater came to my home and taught me what I needed to know about the swimming pool at the house we just brought. New pool systems we were unfamiliar with were shown to us and the functionality explained in detail. Their pool school techs are outstanding. They provided excellent instruction and answered all our technical questions. I found them knowledgeable and very professional. The best part for last was that this service was provided to us for free (OCT 2016) *****

This past Nov 2017 my wife and I decided to get a pool cover. Clearwater was our first choice. The ladies at the store in customer service took care of everything. Great customer service! The store really stepped up and gave me a great cover that fit perfectly and looks good for the right price (They gave us a military discount). My wife and I are very happy. Great price, done right, and on time. Thank you Clearwater pools

I would love to say that they had stellar customer service. However, that was not my luck. There was poor communication with me as to what was needed to be done prior to them coming out to open our pool. They wouldn't pump the water off the cover, saying their pump was broke. Then, when another appointment was made to vacuum the pool, since we took the cover off ourselves, they never showed up at the scheduled time with no communication as to any schedule change. In the end, Jason, the boss, said he didn't want our business. We were, thankfully, refunded the money on our certificate that we bought. I hope others have a better experience than we did. The single most unprofessional businesses I have ever seen in my life. Staffed by high school children and pot heads. If you place a call for service, your call will be answered by Nikki, an 18 year old who may or may not remember to schedule you for a visit by her boyfriend Chad. If she does remember, you can expect Chad to show up, walk around your pool for 15 minutes, strew trash and cigarette butts about your property, and then leave. Your problem will likely not be resolved, but you will be billed for the full hour, to the tune of $85 plus the cost of parts. If you call or visit to complain, you will again get to speak with Nikki, who shockingly isn't inclined to tell Jason (the owner) about what her boyfriend did. Jason will not speak with you, as he prefers to hide behind the teenagers who live in the apartment above his business. Honestly, I've seen better business models on the side of the road in Iraq. It is utterly absurd, and to be expected of an organization with an F rating and multiple unresolved complaints from the BBB. I recommend Oasis Pools.

These guys do not stand behind their products! They do not service stuff like they say and rip folks off. DO NOT BUY from them.

I got a hot tub from them in the first year it was fixed 9 times for leaks then the inner shell cracked and eventually broke. 3 years later I am still waiting on them to fix it. The will not even call me back now. The tub had a 10 year warranty I have not been able to use at all now for 4 years.

Absolutely horrible service. Not only did they forget about our appointment, their liner installation and server was crap!



Our liner has wrinkles all throughout the pool. We immediately called back and had them come to our house to look at the problem. Brian, one of their contractors who installed the liner, was extremely rude to my wife about the whole deal and stated it was no big deal. Also, they love to flick cigarette buts in your yard the entire time thy are working on your pool.



I called the owner, Jason, and he told me to call HIM back when there is at least 3 good days of Sunshine so he can get someone out here to drain and reseat the liner. Two weeks, 3 phone calls later, he has not returned my call nor as anyone contacted us about having to fix THEIR messup. The liner was installed the first week of June.. It's now mid July.



Look elsewhere. Horrible business. Filed a complaint with the BBB.



UPDATE: Business still refuses to help us with our issue. They stated they would fix it on their time, and not ours. Owner also left a very unpleasant voicemail, using a cuss word to my wife. We've contacted two other companies, both which agree the installation of our liner was done poorly and sloppy. As stated above, look elsewhere.
