Best Cleaners is A-mazing! I bring suits, dress shirts, dresses, and coats in to get dry cleaned and they always come back nicely cleaned and pressed and on time. They have a knack for getting out tough stains, too. And since they use eco-friendly solvents in their dry cleaning process, the clothes always smell clean and fresh. The texture of the clothes is soft, not dry or brittle like other dry cleaners.



Plus, they are always very friendly. I highly recommend them!

I visited Village Cleaners for the first time at Leander with a Groupon and was welcomed nicely by the counter lady. The cleaning and service was of very high quality and had no problems. Clothes were ready on time as agreed.



I will use this cleaners for my future drycleaning.

I am very disappointed in this place. As a new customer I went in with a Groupon I purchased. I paid $20 for $40 worth of services. Once I got there I was told that I could not use the full $40 worth and I was told it could only be used towards specific things, which was NOT specified on the groupon. The lady at the front desk agreed I should be able to use the full $40 on any service. She tried calling the manager I assume, Rosie, and was still told it was limited what I could apply the credit towards. The lady at front desk told "Rosie" that it didn't specify on the groupon, but still they would not credit me. Their groupon is a rip off. The manager has no idea to run a business. What a scam. Needless to say I left without getting any service done. The manager is unprofessional and just lost my business as well as all of my contacts. I hope they enjoy my money I spent on the groupon, they obviously need it.

But the true they one good customer service,after they yelling to you,and they said they have Education,after they use "tone" with you else,

They have to understand we follow rules,of the company,we do what the owner requested,.

We allways give good discounts,the clothes is clean and smelling fresh,.

And I think when you want to complaint,treat the other person with respect,and I bet you gonna get better service,.

This place is ridiculous...I purchased a Groupon offered 2 weeks ago for '$90 Toward a Bridal Gown Cleaning'. When I attempted to use the Groupon yesterday, the lady working said that I would need to pay an additional $30 to have my dress cleaned.



I understand that most wedding dresses should cost more, but my dress is a simple sheath dress with no embellishments or design on it - and it was only worn for about an hour at most so it wasn't soiled or stained either. I told the lady working there that I would understand the $90 for the cleaning but more than that was unreasonable for the dress that I have. She said she would have to charge me for a full dress cleaning which started at $120, and there was no way around it. Her tone was rude and cold, so I told her I would call Groupon to get my money back for the voucher and I would not be using there services in the future.



I also brought in a petticoat that needs to be cleaned, which was worn under my formal wedding gown. The lady working there said they had no price for a petticoat, or as she kept calling it "the thing behind the dress???". I was told I would need to pay the dress cleaning charge ($120) for that as well - ridiculous! I will never visit this dry cleaners again. They are over priced and their customer service is awful!

They are conveniently located next to Starbucks, courteous enough and remember your name. Cleaned garments were return timely, unless tailoring is necessary - promised to call when ready and never did... also, a bit more expensive.
