I took my poodle here. The groomer (Jean, I think) accused me of not taking care of my pet and then told me that it was my fault that she cut my dog because "if <my pet> hadn't been in such bad shape, she would not have been hurt...There are big dogs in here who barked and <my pet> jerked and got cut." Talk about rediculous! I will never take any pet here again, and recommend you don't, either.

I went in to the shop and they were very inviting and asked me what I wanted, they listened to how I wanted her not just took her and said to pick her up later. I had some questions and they were more than happy to answer anything I asked. The shop is not very pretty on the outside but wait till you walk in, I was very surprised. Call them and let them show you how much they love the animals!!!!
