I just called them not even an hour ago. I explained that I had a window that was broken in Alvin. The guy stated to me that I might try another company such as Alvin Glass because they don't do repairs. Before I could tell him that we were open to either a repair or replacement at their professional opinion he hung up on me. Not sure I would trust someone with thousands of dollars of my money if they are quick to just treat potential customers that way. I know it was only one window and not all of them on the house. I just don't thank that is very professional. Might try having a conversation instead of a one way conversation next time.

I would not use this company. They installed a door several years ago (maybe different owner but same name of company). I walked in the office and asked if they could help me find replacement weather stripping for my door. I could not have got less help, less sympathy and more excuses in one minute of conversation. I turned and walked out the door without even trying to engage further. If you use this company, I am sure for a big order they might do fine. For me, I found out all I needed to know about their customer service attitude.

The money I saved was fantastic! First I got a great price on windows that were installed by experts. It was noticeably cooler in my house and my air conditioner wasn't on nearly as much. My electric bills were the envy of the neighborhood. These windows will pay for themselves in no time. I can't thank you enough, Window Guys!
