I have been going to Color Studio & Anna for over two years now. She is not only professional but she is also a very gifted hair colorist. She works with the Chi company and has been awarded colorist of the year on more than one occasion. This remarkable person travels all over the world and works with many celebrities I am honored to be able to go to her. I have never paid $200 for a cut & color as stated by other. Granted she gets booked early but is WELL worth the appt!

Don't know exactly where to begin with this place eveytime I went there was always something that went wrong...stylist Anna does NOT listen to want you want she does what she wants and prices seems to pulled from out of the air!!! I only went to the place because it was so close to home. But the last time was the deal breaker--I will never step back into this place!!!!! EVER!!!!! I went in for a color and as she was washing the color off my hair she continue to stress on how soft my hair was even though I just did a color, once she finished put tons of hair products and curled my hair (I told her I like straight) I left the salon somewhat satisfied but annoyed that I was charged $200 for a wash, color and style no cut!!! The next day after washing my Hair I noticed how she over processed my hair is now damaged!!! This must have happened when she left me under the dryer 15-20 minutes after the original 20 minute alarm went off! Why did this happen? The stylist had a total of 5 clients she was doing in the 3.5 hrs I was there (my appt passed 1 hour--why make appt). I find her to be very manipulative person and should of went with my initial feelings about her!! She criticizes places like Toni & Guy and Visible Changes but at least they have set prices and stylist focus on one client at a time giving the their best (especially when paying so much $$) stylist their do cut n style while colorist focus ONLY color so they don't f$@k up your hair!! I learned my lesson and $200 down the drain so take my advice go to a commercial salon to get the attention a great hair! Oh I priced other salon and asked a close friend who is a stylist and has her salon (too far for me to go) how much my service would have cost me at their place--they said $150-175 INCLUDING a hair cut!!! So she ripped me off and damaged my hair!! A few days ago I got my hair cut at visible changes and not knowing my situation she said she highly recommended kertin treatment because my hair is damaged...more $ I have to put out. I would go to salon to talk to her but she's never there, they don't answer the phone she gives you her cell to call or text but she doesn't not answer nor returns you text messages!!!!
