Have a town home in downtown Houston that I'm currently selling. I needed a few repairs and wanted to build a small patio in the backyard, the problem was I don't live in the Houston area so I knew it would be a challenge. I found R&R Residential online and talked with Chris about what I wanted done. He got me an estimate on the work within a week and started work quickly. Was very satisfied with the work and price, but more than anything his communication and willingness to work with my schedule was outstanding. I would recommend R&R to anyone looking for repairs or looking to remodel.

Very Pleased - we had a water leak that necessitated a complete upstairs bathroom remodel and downstairs major wall repairs with some structural work because of mold damage. End result was very nice. Here are the high points:

1) They responded quickly and were available!

2) Crew very courteous, professional, and cleaned up each day’s work for minimal disruption

3) They helped me negotiate with insurance adjuster , which saved me considerable time and $

We were in need of major repair work in our kitchen after a pipe burst a flooded it. Chris was very professional and his work crew was also. I am very pleased with the finished product!

Chris came out and provided our "Spring Clean-up". We have huge flower beds and they spent 2 days trimming, weeding, and mulching. He also added bedding plants.

I needed a few light fixtures hung and some painting done. R&R was competitive in price and the work was done right the first time. I chose to use them because Chris the owner personally came to do the estimate and after he made sure the job was done right! Will use them again.

R&R did a big job for one of my rental properties recently. They were hired to paint my rental property as well as do some landscaping. I appreciated that they were on time and professional. I will definitely use them again!
