Homer gave my wife and I a rough estimate on a remodeling project. When I told him that we were going to use another contractor he completely lost his mind. We never signed a contract. He did not purchase or deliver any building materials to us. He never did any construction on our property. He filed an illegal lien on my house and it cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees to get removed. Now we have a judgement against him. Good talker before contract signed. Concrete crumbling, cracks forming; contract not fulfilled. 2 months after work "completed", he will not come and discuss how to fix work. Check BBB and get his insurance/bonding numbers before hiring.
