I had a couple of watches that needed batteries and I couldn't get the backs off to purchase new batteries. Took them into Time Ticking in the Layton Hill Mall and Parker helped me quickly. Told me what he was going to do and about what it would cost. It only took him a few minutes to get the backs off of both watches, cleaned and new batteries installed. Parker was very helpful and efficient. Great experience! Thanks

I have an Omega Sea master watch and the bracelet band has continuously given me problems, have sent it back to Omega 3 times and $500+ dollars later they still hadn't fix the band to where the little pins holding the bracket together would stay in, I took my watch to Times ticking and Jared knew exactly the problem, he replace all four pins that were poorly engineered and replaced them with pins that have yet to come out! BTW it only costed me $40! You guys are great and keep up the great work, I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I took a watch in to have the battery replaced. After several weeks of not hearing from them, I called and they said to come pick it up. They returned the watch to me in pieces and said they have never seen a watch like that before and couldn't get it working. I looked at them in SHOCK! It's just a nice standard watch that was purchased at a local jeweler, nothing exotic, and all I needed was a new battery. They completely broke the (not cheap) watch and couldn't even figure out how to put it back together. I just hope they returned all the pieces so I can take it back to the jeweler to have them fix it. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me for their time (in doing nothing but breaking the watch). Be forewarned in taking your watch to this place.

Service was fast without sacrificing quality and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I take all of my watches here for batteries and repairs and am never disappointed.

The owner has very poor communication with his customers! I wanted my band fixed, and it came back with problems. I think he (or someone there) caused. In the end I had no proof and paid for the repairs. Will never go there again. Not trustworthy!!!

The layton JcPenny's is quite disappointing,they have stacked so many racks of clothes everywhere,you can barely breathe.The Employees are few and very very far between,and when you finally find one,be prepared to stand in a long line to get waited on.It would have to be a screaming deal for me to go back there.
