Terrible after the sale service. Bought a defective shoe (the tongue was detached). Took it back to the store and they said they were out of stock and they would order it online. Two weeks later I get a shoe that is a completely different color. Called and was told that the manufacturer no longer made the color I purchased. Was actually told that the replacement should be "good enough". The owner and manager became extremely rude from that point on insisting that they do not provide refunds. I dislike any "no refund" policy in general, but in this case it is absolutely ridiculous since the original shoe was defective and could not be replaced. They actually were extorting me to purchase something other than what I purchased or wanted. Should have read reviews on this store before I spent several hundred dollars. Almost all of them are poor and the ones that are positive are probably from the owner. STAY AWAY... or let them fit you and then go to some other store like D Sporting. They have a return policy and are cheaper.
