As the title states, fast and friendly! Was able to repair my vacuum while I waited and provided good conversation in the process. Will return for all future needs!!!

The representatives of Kirby came to our home at night saying they would clean our carpet for one room that would take 1/2 hour and promised they wouldnt hassle us into anything. They stayed 4 hours and tried to manipulate us into buying a vacuum that was over 2500 dollars. They continued to lower the price to 1800 and it was almost midnight saying they had to finish what they started and con my husband into signing and said they would come the next morning. They never came. Biggest part of it all, they left a used vacuum with used parts in our living room at 11:30pm. Now they claim we are stuck with bill after they didnt respond to our cancellation. And returned our mail.
