I got ridiculously butchered here. They refuse to do the only thing that will fix it, or to even refund. Everyone here is so fake with their sorries and "oh it's cute!"

Will never go here again. Charlene specifically. She was a trusted stylist for over a dozen visits, and she won't make it right either. Long term customers get dismissed in favor of their stringent and ridiculous policies against refunds.

Went in for my daughter's prom updo. Came out with not one strand of hair pinned up and curls that fell out after 10 minutes. We were told they don't guarantee that service and don't give refunds. Wow. $45 to ruin my daughter's prom. Great customer service- not.

I was given very short notice as to when my bridal photoshoot would take place and the girl who I had done a "dry-run" with was unable to fit me into her schedule so I began calling around to other salons. Grassroots was able to get me in and recommended I see their stylist named Sydney because she specializes in updos and makeup. I briefly described the style I wanted and Sydney made it happen exactly as I had pictured it being in my head. My makeup turned out fabulous and didn't so much as smudge the entire evening. I would definitely recommend this salon, and Sydney, to any bride looking for a hair/makeup stylist for her bridals. I loved my look so much that I made my wedding day appointment 2 months in advance because I don't want to risk Sydney being booked up.

I went to grassroots for my first massage and i would recommend janci buter to anyone who is looking to get an amazing massage i at time couldnt tell is i was awake or dreaming i felt better for weeks i would highly reccomend this location

The salon is convienently located in the mall. It is clean and professional. I have had several different stylists cut my hair and I've been satisified every time.
